Close to the beach as the Hotel has a own space there as well where you get discount for a own place. Very kind and helpful personal as they helped searching good restaurants and even give you a discount as well for that.

Safe street parking outside, friendly owner, good breakfast, great pizzeria within a few mins walk (Era ora), perfect for an overnight stop for me

Hotel Savina has really great location, 5 mins walk from the beach and (in case you need) big Conand store is 10 mins walk + fruit/ veggies store nearby. For Italian breakfasts are really good, cooked eggs, ham, cheese, yogurts, cereals and large variety of bakery stuff. The area nearby is really quite, no noise at night, however 30/40 minutes on foot from historical part of Rimini.
